How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (we don't ship on weekends or holidays). Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated and shown at checkout. During high-volume periods there may be a slight delay — we'll reach out if anything significant comes up. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

What's your return & cancellation policy?

You can cancel an order within 1 day of receiving it by sending a clear statement to nick@cardchasersmtl.com. Returns are subject to the conditions in our Return Policy — please review it before purchasing.

What are live breaks and how do they work?

A break is a live show where a breaker rips sealed packs or boxes online and you own a share of the cards pulled. Options include Team Breaks (for example, 30 spots for an NBA break, priced by team) and Random breaks, plus a live chat with fellow collectors. We break live every day on TikTok and Whatnot. Do you offer card grading?

Yes — we handle PSA and Beckett (BGS) grading, and we'll help you decide which cards are worth submitting. We run bulk PSA submissions every month at $50 per card, which includes cleaning, insurance, shipping, and taxes. See our Grading page for details.

Do you offer custom framing?

Yes. We create custom framing and displays for jerseys, gloves, balls, cards, and more — turning your memorabilia into personalized pieces. Visit our Framing page to start a project.
